Privacy policy
Last updated: 17 October 2026
This website is run by PSS Entertainment (Funiverse, Bhopal). This page explains what we collect when you send an enquiry, why, and how to ask us to delete it.
What the enquiry form collects
- Your name and mobile number (WhatsApp)
- Your enquiry type, preferred date and the number of people
- For birthdays: your child's age, and their name and chosen package if you add them
- For school, corporate and community groups: your organisation's name
- Anything you write in the notes box
- The page you were on and, if you arrived from a campaign link, the campaign name, so we know which of our posts or ads worked
You give us this information yourself. Please only enter a child's details if you are their parent or guardian.
Why we collect it
To call or message you back about your enquiry, and to plan your party or group visit. We contact you only about that enquiry, on the consent you give when you tick the box on the form.
Where it is stored
Enquiries are saved in a Google Sheet that only the Funiverse team can open. The form sends them there using Google Apps Script, so Google processes the data on our behalf. We do not sell your details.
Asking us to delete your details
You can ask us to delete or correct your details at any time. Call or WhatsApp +91-7879102921 or email pssentertainment2025@gmail.com and tell us the mobile number you used. We will remove your enquiry from the sheet.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics and Meta Pixel to count visits, see which pages and buttons are used, and measure our ads. They set cookies in your browser and may send information about your visit, such as the pages you view, to Google and Meta. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings, and the site works the same without them.
The map in the Visit section is a Google Maps embed, and the WhatsApp links open WhatsApp. Those services have their own privacy policies.
Changes
If we change this page, we will update the date at the top.
